After using your Soshida Nakiri Knife, handwash with gentle dish soap and dry thoroughly.

Do not use scouring pads or bleach.

Allow knife to air dry completely before storing.

Store knife in a block, knife case or in a sheath.

Never store knives unsheathed in a drawer. This is dangerous to you and damaging to the knives.
