Care and Use:
After using your Soshida Professional 4 Piece Damascus Chef Knife Set, handwash with gentle dish soap and dry thoroughly.
Do not use scouring pads or bleach.
Allow the knife to air dry completely before storing.
Never leave immersed in soapy water as this promotes corrosion.
Damascus Steel can be sensitive to corrosion caused by water and humidity and may require some care. To ensure your knives are well protected, after use, apply a food-grade mineral oil or fractioned coconut oil.
Store knife in a block, knife case or in a sheath.
Never store knives unsheathed in a drawer. This is dangerous to you and damaging to the knives.
