Care and Use:
Before using your brand-new Soshida Non-stick Frying Pan, wash it using hot, soapy water, dry it thoroughly, then season by lightly rubbing cooking oil over the surface, then heating the pan on the stove over medium heat for two or three minutes. Once it cools down, wipe out any excess oil with a paper towel before storing.
Use only wooden or silicone utensils. Avoid using metal utensils.
Stick to low and medium heat as high heat can damage the coating over time.
Never heat your frying pan while empty. There should always be oil, water, or food in the pan before turning on the heat. Don't use non-stick spray as it creates a residue that builds up over time and ruins the non-stick surface.
With proper care, your non-stick pan can last you for many years.
